New High Transfer Efficiency (HTE) Air Atomizing Set-Ups

HTE is new to the spraying industry and is the generation of HVLP/LVLP. HTE provides a much higher transfer rate compared to standard air atomizing nozzles. Transfer efficiencies can reach as high as 85%, spraying at only 5 psi (0.35 bar) air and liquid.

HTE air atomizing set-ups use a new external mix air/fluid cap design to utilize low-pressure air and liquid. The air cap's large internal air chamber minimizes pressure losses, allowing for maximum air flow and velocity. The impinging air orifices are closer to the emerging liquid stream, maximizing the formation of the desired spray pattern.

HTE spray set-ups are exclusive to Spraying Systems Co.'s automatic spray guns, and will fit existing installations. The HTE is available in 14 set-ups for flat spray patterns, producing narrow to wide spray angles, and 3 set-ups for round spray patterns.

For complete details on our new HTE spray set-ups, please request Data Sheets HTE, 50956 (series), and 50957 (series).
