We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated
CNC Machine Programmer
Employment at our brand new facility in Deinze.
Your duties and responsibilities :
- Program, set up and operate CNC machines according to the program specifications based on GD&T technical drawings
- Create, adjust, and optimize CNC programs to ensure high-quality and efficient machining processes
- Load raw materials and tools into the machine as required and verify setup accuracy
- Monitor machine operations during production runs and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Testing and inspection of manufactured workpieces on determined specifications (dimensions, surface qualities, …), this includes using a CMM
- Conduct regular maintenance of machines and tools to ensure optimal performance
Your skills and qualifications :
- Formal or vocational training in CNC programming, industrial mechanic or other related fields
- Proven experience in CNC programming and operating tuming and/or milling machines
- Proven experience in stainless steel and/or nickel alloys
- Experience with CAD/CAM systems and tool management systems
- Proficiency in reading GD&T technical drawings and g-code
- Strong technical understanding and strong quality awareness
- Ideally knowledge of any of the following machine controls: Siemens, Heidenhain or Mitsubishi
- You work well in a team environment
- Fluency in Dutch or English is mandatory
